Sarah cares and listens to you, she is personally invested in working with you to improve your health. And every improvement in your health seems to bring Sarah as much happiness as it does you.
The program Sarah has designed for me is fun, very doable, and highly efficacious.
I can easily do the program on my own at home and every couple of weeks I have a working session with Sarah where we review my progress and if needs be tweak the program to ensure my continuous improvement.
